Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking an Equipment Reliability Improvement Specialist to lead mechanical integrity efforts on food manufacturing equipment. You will act as the SME, develop maintenance plans in the CMMS, and coach teams to reduce downtime.

The role emphasizes problem solving, RCA methods, vibration/thermography analysis, and strong collaboration with maintenance and operations. Safety and GMP training are integral to daily work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with RCA techniques (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Familiarity with vibration, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and machine guarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for equipment, support troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans in CMMS.
• Identify spare parts and manage repair parts inventory.
• Assess reliability needs and create improvement plans to boost uptime.
• Coach maintenance and operations personnel in inspection and repair.
• Analyze machine performance data and propose enhancements.
