Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech to join our manufacturing team. You will work with the QA lead and team to ensure only the finest products are shipped, conducting inspections, resolving issues, and following proper documentation.

You will learn the roles of QA team members to cover breaks or vacations as needed. Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, weighing ingredients, reading specifications, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and English fluency required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient with MS Office and process execution software.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and proficiently.
• Inspect ingredients, weigh, bag, and inspect products.
• Read and interpret process specifications and measurements.
• Maintain sanitation and GMP compliance.
• Assist QA lead and team, covering breaks when needed.
• Report food safety hazards and deviations promptly.
• Support continuous improvement and perform clean-up tasks.
