Job summary
Intersect is building and operating the most ambitious power and data center infrastructure in the country. As Head of Operational Engineering and Controls, you will serve as Chief Engineer for gas, solar, wind, and BESS assets, guiding safety, reliability, and performance while codifying best practices into fleet-wide standards.

Qualifications
- Active PE license required or clearly in process.
- 10–12+ years in electrical and controls engineering with ownership of design decisions.
- Experience across utility-scale power generation, clean energy, oil & gas, or mission-critical infra.
Responsibilities
- Establish technical authority and fleet standards for all assets.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams; set technical pathways.
- Drive lifecycle alignment with Operations, Asset Management, and Construction.
- Direct EPC and OEM technical execution with clear scope and milestones.
