Job summary

Intersect seeks a Power Developer in the United States to drive strategy, commercial structuring, and development execution for utility-scale wind, solar, storage, natural gas, and load projects. You will own projects through their full lifecycle, framing tradeoffs and negotiating critical commercial agreements to deliver high‑value assets.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and build robust financial models in Excel to guide decisions and investments, partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on power project development or M&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and commercial negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of ISO/RTO interconnection, permitting gates, land control, and PPAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale energy projects from market entry to construction handover.
• Own financial models and interconnection cost profiles; evaluate commercial terms and structures.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to maintain schedules and budgets; negotiate terms with utilities and stakeholders.
