Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for Solar PV and BESS projects in Denver. You will drive equipment planning, supplier coordination, logistics, and system controls, aligning with company policies and compliance requirements.

You will oversee contracts, pricing, and supplier performance, while partnering with engineering, finance, and operations to optimize procurement execution and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of procurement/supply-chain experience.
• Experience coordinating purchasing, logistics, suppliers, and cross-functional project requirements.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and business productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of procurement activities across projects and operations.
• Coordinate planning with engineers, finance, logistics, and suppliers; support category management.
• Oversee master supply agreements, contract terms, PO execution, and supplier performance.
• Monitor procurement quality, risk, and compliance; drive process improvements.
• Support forecasting, pricing, and availability for preconstruction and projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
