Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an Equipment and Process Technician II to support inspection and packaging of sterile pharmaceuticals in alignment with cGMPs. The role involves setup, operation, line clearances, and maintaining production schedules while ensuring safety and quality.

You will work under the Supervisor of Inspection and Packaging, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and contribute to documentation and training of staff in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proven mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, calculation of averages and percentages.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic operations on automated inspection machines.

Responsibilities

• Physically performs inspection and packaging activities per SOPs and directions.
• Maintains accurate records and training logs.
• Set up and program automated inspection and packaging equipment with minimal assistance.
• Assist with changeover, cleaning and documentation oversight.
• Mentor trainees and assist supervisors in planning daily to long-term schedules.
