Job summary

Dywidag is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to ensure equipment availability aligns with production schedules and operational needs. You will manage scheduling, rentals, maintenance coordination, and inventory tracking to support manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with ERP systems, and a focus on cost control and continuous improvement across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in equipment coordination, inventory management, rental management, logistics, manufacturing, or operations support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment planning and utilization to support production schedules.
• Manage equipment rentals, returns, and exchanges; track locations and status.
• Maintain accurate records of company-owned and rented equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor equipment costs and seek cost-saving opportunities.
