Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated Transporter to move equipment to entrances and other areas of the Medical Center, and to assist with patient transports by bed, using proper body mechanics.

The role includes cleaning equipment in storage and throughout the facility, performing duties aligned with Mercy's mission and service standards, and contributing to a team-focused healthcare environment. A High School Diploma and two years of customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment to entrances and other areas of the Medical Center.
• Clean equipment in the storage area and throughout the facility.
• Assist as secondary transporter with patients being transported by bed.
• Perform duties consistent with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
