Trademark Metals Recycling LLC is seeking Equipment Operators to join our Holly Hill yard. You’ll operate forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment to keep scrap moving and production humming. Training is provided, with weekly pay, production bonuses, and benefits starting at 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of small equipment operation experience, preferably in scrap metal, construction, or manufacturing.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment safely.
• Solid understanding of equipment operating principles, hazards, and safety precautions.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and related equipment.
• Load and move scrap material; feed conveyors and move material around the yard.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report defects.
• Keep the yard clean and safe; assist with general labor tasks.
• Communicate with team via radio for production updates and safety.
• Cross-train in other positions to support the team.
