Sephora is hiring an Equipment Operator at our Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will operate motorized and manual handling equipment, process orders, and support maintenance as needed, while ensuring safety and productivity.

Must be able to obtain required DOT certifications, meet company safety standards, and maintain flexibility for shifts and overtime. This role offers competitive hourly pay with potential differential and benefits typical for a DC position.

Formación

• Must be able to obtain any/all job required DOT certifications.
• Detail oriented and able to operate equipment safely in tight quarters.
• Strong motor coordination to operate material handling equipment.
• Demonstrates a positive demeanor and works well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and process orders using material handling equipment.
• Follow safety rules, policies and OSHA regulations.
• Meet production and service level standards.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to shifts and overtime as needed.
• Support maintenance on projects requiring equipment assistance.
