Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Equipment Operator at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch, MS. You will operate a variety of material handling equipment to fulfill orders, ensure safety, and support inventory controls.

Starting pay is $20.40 to $21.85 per hour, with some shifts eligible for differential pay. The role requires dependable attendance, ability to meet safety standards, and willingness to work flexible hours including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away and replenishment procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to process orders and to perform other work as directed by Management.
• Meet established company safety, production and service level standards.
• Use equipment to process orders and to perform other work as directed by Management.
• Operate RF terminals in support of company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
• Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications.
• Assist Maintenance as needed on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.
