Lumin8 Transportation Technologies, LLC in Glen Burnie, MD seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to operate Hydro-Vac, bucket trucks, cranes, and other heavy machinery for transportation infrastructure projects.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, ability to read plans, and a valid CDL-A. The role includes on-site duties, safety gear, and opportunities to advance within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years combined groundsman/laborer and Equipment Operator I experience.
• Ability to read plans and schematic diagrams.
• CDL class A required per certifications.

Responsabilités

• Operate a variety of construction equipment including bucket trucks, cranes, backhoes, and more.
• Inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and report repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE on job sites.
• Assist supervision and training of junior staff as needed.
• Complete paperwork and maintain neat, professional appearance.
