As an Operator Telecom Drill Bores, you will operate various equipment used in underground construction and utility installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Your role involves ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill equipment safely, including Directional Drills, Backhoes, Excavators, Skid Steers, and Vacuum Trucks
• Restore and landscape disturbed areas
• Develop and maintain bore schedules
• Manage site setup and cleanup
• Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and set up safety perimeters

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with drilling equipment and utility locators
• Knowledge of drill setup and design is a plus
• Ability to read work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Construction or utility experience preferred
• Ability to work remotely, drive long distances, and sit for extended periods

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed
• Valid Driver's License or Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
• Acceptable MVR record

Physical & Exposure Requirements

• Work alone in remote/ confined spaces, operate machinery, and lift over 55 pounds
• Potential exposure to chemicals and moving machinery

Salary Range

$22.00 - $26.00/hr, based on experience
