Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated distribution center staff to operate reach trucks and high-level stock pickers for night shifts. The role involves moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise with RF support and strict safety.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 150 lbs.
• Experience operating order pickers and reach trucks.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away merchandise using powered equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker).
• Use RF gun to select orders and directed put-away based on system instructions.
• Retrieve items for delivery, picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by processing RF transactions and movement of product.
• Ensure merchandise integrity from rack to dock, damages kept to a minimum.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following company safety standards.

The reach truck / high-level stock picker is responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Equipment Operator is accountable for exercising care and precision in moving Arhaus products.

The reach truck / high-level stock picker is responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Equipment Operator is accountable for exercising care and precision in moving Arhaus products.

Night Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 5:30PM to 4:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Pick and put away - Operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker)
• Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system directed order types
• Retrieve all items for delivery / picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas
• Inventory - Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactions
• Package - Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage free
• Safety- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit down tow motor, or rider pallet jack
• The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures
