Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience operating vehicles/equipment listed.
• CDL with air brakes endorsement and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive solid waste trucks in the business district, alleys, and transfer sites.
• Operate street sweeper and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and routine maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with crew and the public; provide quality customer service.
• Support special events and adapt to varied assignments as needed.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
