Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Equipment Operator to support Campus Dining & Hospitality operations. This role ensures proper delivery of food, beverage, furniture, equipment, and fixtures to campus units and events.

Join a team dedicated to safe, efficient warehousing, on-time deliveries, and reliable support for all dining services. Applicants must have a valid CMV license and be able to obtain safety certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehousing, shipping, receiving, storing, or distribution experience.
• Must obtain food safety certification within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Review unit or department orders for accuracy and scheduling of deliveries.
• Load goods, materials, and equipment onto trucks and vehicles; secure items and follow safety rules.
• Deliver goods to on- and off-campus event spaces and units as scheduled.
• Unload trucks and ensure authorized personnel sign for delivery.
• Maintain safe handling of items and follow quality/safety protocols.
• Keep items in designated storage or event areas; maintain storage/warehouse areas.
