Job description

The Equipment Operator reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for the safe handling, loading, and storage of aggregate materials, as well as maintaining plant property, equipment, and premises as assigned. The work schedule may include up to 8+ hour days, with overtime on a voluntary or mandatory basis, including Saturdays and occasionally Sundays, depending on business needs.

The role requires safe operation of various tools and equipment, including but not limited to brooms, shovels, hammers, welders, and power tools.
