About You:

As an Equipment Operator, you are part of Best People working as a team operating heavy equipment. Utilizing our Best Systems, you complete your task work independently with minimal supervision. You identify potential issues and report those to your Group Leader; together you develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues. You achieve Best Results by embracing our team and contributing your knowledge and experience. You value diversity and inclusion, you are fully invested and authentic, and you challenge the status quo by seeking new and innovative ways to make our work safer, easier, and faster.

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Necessary Requirements:

• Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
• This is a physically demanding job – must be able to work in hot and damp environments, wear heavy PPE, climb stairs, push equipment, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
