Qualifications

• Regular and timely attendance is required.
• Prior overhead bridge crane experience preferred.
• Basic math and ability to use measuring devices (tape measure, micrometers).
• Ability to use manual hand tools (wrenches, clamps).
• Team environment and good verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection and monitoring of operating equipment.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on daily tasks.
• Operate within designated department safely.
• Read a tape measure and utilize a press.
• Load and unload trailers with proper technique.
• Maintain product flow efficiency in the department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
