Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated employee in Fort Worth, TX to operate overhead cranes and contribute to safe, efficient production. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, coordinating with leads, and handling load/unload activities within the designated department.

Qualified candidates will have basic math skills, experience with hand tools, and the ability to read measurements. A team-oriented mindset and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Regular and timely attendance is required.
• Prior overhead bridge crane experience preferred.
• Basic math and ability to use measuring devices (tape measure, micrometers).
• Ability to use manual hand tools (wrenches, clamps).
• Team environment and good verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection and monitoring of operating equipment.
• Coordinate with Team Lead on daily tasks.
• Operate within designated department safely.
• Read a tape measure and utilize a press.
• Load and unload trailers with proper technique.
• Maintain product flow efficiency in the department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Scope Of Responsibility

Safe operation of an overhead crane and squaring press.

Essential Duties

• Daily inspection and monitoring of operating equipment
• Constant communication with Team Lead on daily tasks
• Safe handling and operation within designated department
• Able to read a tape measure and utilize a press
• Load and unload trailers with proper technique safely
• Maintaining product flow efficiency within their designated department
• Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements
