Job summary

Taylor Corporation, operating as Taylor Visual Impressions, is seeking an Equipment Operator (Finishing) to manage finishing equipment and Guillotine Cutters in a fast-paced setting. You will lead on complex finishing jobs, perform color calibrations, and ensure high-quality output throughout the production run.

The role is on a 4x10 shift (Mon-Thu, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM) and requires strong mechanical skills, an understanding of workflow, and the ability to meet deadlines while upholding safety

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job tickets to set up finishing and press equipment correctly.
• Operate a variety of equipment including folding, stitching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and digital presses.
• Conduct color calibration and maintain consistent color output on digital presses.
• Inspect work for quality assurance throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Track inventory, place finished goods in designated areas, and maintain accurate labels.
• Coordinate with production leads to meet job deadlines.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.

Your Shift

4x10 Shift (Monday - Thursday)
2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
