Reindl Bindery, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Equipment Operator (Flatbed Cutter) to join our team in Germantown, WI.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and operate bindery equipment according to job specifications and quality standards.
2. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output.
3. Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
4. Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality.
5. Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, reorganizing as needed to meet deadlines.
6. Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.

Your Shift:

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
• High mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Good reading ability.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Effective communication skills for accurate information exchange.
• Ability to remain stationary and operate machinery.
• Ability to move inside the facility and lift up to 25+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
