Job summary

Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. in Moore, OK is seeking skilled heavy equipment operators to support road construction and site preparation.

You will safely operate graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks, and you will load/unload equipment and inspect machinery. The role requires willingness to overtime and occasional night or weekend work, outdoor work in all weather, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Background screening, drug test, and physical required.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend/night work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy construction equipment including graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks.
• Complete equipment loading and unloading activities.
• Inspect machinery before and after operation.
• Monitor equipment performance and document findings.
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition.
• Follow all project and company safety requirements.
