Wood County Highway Department is seeking a front-end loader operator to keep materials loaded for asphalt production and to support stockpiling and loading operations. You will also help with plant and crusher maintenance, flagging, and road maintenance tasks as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Wisconsin CDL Class A with an N endorsement or the ability to obtain it within 60 days, and the ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Competenze

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Possession of a Wisconsin Class A CDL with N endorsement or ability to acquire within 60 days.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract; basic math for loads and counts.

Mansioni

• Operate front-end loader to load materials for asphalt production.
• Load aggregate into trucks and stockpile as needed.
• Perform maintenance and adjustments on loader, plant, and crusher.
• Plow snow and perform road maintenance including patching, crack filling, mowing, sweeping, and flagging.
• Follow safety policies and Wood County Code of Conduct.
