Minimum schooling and experience required; CDL may be required; travel and night shifts possible; strong attention to detail and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of road construction experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Control material depth and distribution through paving equipment.
• Operate paving machines and maintain a steady asphalt flow.
• Perform routine maintenance or report major equipment issues.
• Set up/tear down equipment and manage traffic control.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
