Thompson-Arthur Paving and Construction, a CRH company, is seeking an Asphalt Plant Loader Operator in Winston-Salem, NC. The role supports plant operations by using a loader to stockpile materials and maintain production levels, working with foremen and other crew members.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to operate in varying temperatures, and flexibility for overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must partner with other plant employees to maintain plant operations.
• Physical ability to operate loader on rough terrain.
• Ability to stockpile using loader with safe and efficient material handling.
• Overtime work required; possible out-of-town work.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to maintain production levels at various locations.
• Support plant operations as instructed by foreman.
