Job summary

Teasdale Foods Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator I (Level One) to join our production team. You will safely operate various plant equipment, set up and adjust machinery, and monitor output to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, accurate measurements, and teamwork to optimize production. Training will cover proper operation and equipment troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• Proficient in basic math and measurement concepts.

• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training.
• Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Responsibilities
