Teasdale LatinFoods seeks Equipment Operators for the 3rd shift in Hoopeston, IL. Roles offer three levels of pay ($19.35–$19.70, $21.25–$21.60, $25.20–$25.55) and a structured 12-hour training schedule Monday–Friday.

You will safely operate plant equipment, monitor performance, and support production efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.
• Set up equipment, make adjustments, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS - 3RD SHIFT - HOOPESTON, IL

• Levels = I, II, and III are available
• Hourly pay rate - I = $19.35 - $19.70, II = $21.25 - $21.60, and III = $25.20 -$25.55
• Training: 12-hour training shifts run Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am until the 8-hour shift is implemented, at which time the 8-hour shifts you listed will apply.

OVERVIEW:

As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating various equipment and machinery.
