A leading company is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to manage paving operations. The role involves operating heavy machinery, ensuring quality control of asphalt, and performing maintenance tasks. Candidates must have significant experience and a strong work ethic. The Equipment Operator's primary function is to operate the skid loader, the screed, and/or the paving machine. The operator will adjust the screed height on the paving machine to ensure proper depth, grade, and finish. The operator is also responsible for ensuring the consistency of the asphalt mat and the overall ride quality of the finished pavement.
