Position Overview

Southland Holdings is accepting resumes for highly motivated construction workers as Equipment Operators to move dirt and other materials on-site.

Responsibilities

1. Operate equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, and telehandlers.
2. Perform mass excavation, soil placement, compaction, pipe excavation, and fine grading with GPS dozers.
3. Load and off-load trucks, maintain equipment, and perform inspections.

Qualifications

• DOT experience required.
• 5+ years of operating experience.
• Vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance skills.
• Ability to perform strenuous work in various weather conditions.
