If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to take on a variety of tasks, from operating bulldozers to grading pads, we want to hear from you!

Things You’ll Do

1. Operate heavy equipment safely & efficiently, such as trackhoes, backhoes, graders, loaders, skidsteers, crushing equipment, dozers, etc.
2. Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors.
3. Teach and direct laborers.
4. Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the work needed.
5. Measure, mark, and record openings and distances for layout.
6. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. At least 1 year of experience operating loaders, dozers, or trackhoes.
3. Ability to read plans and gradestakes.
4. Ability to work in various environments, including bending, sitting for long periods, and in heat.
5. Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
6. Strong safety awareness and commitment.
7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
