Job responsibilities include:

1. Operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers, tools, supplies, or crops.
2. Transport workers around farm properties and to external locations like grocery stores or banks.
3. Load agricultural products into trucks and drive to market or storage facilities.
4. Perform manual tasks such as pruning, planting, cultivating, harvesting, and applying pesticides.
5. Construct trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, set up irrigation, and maintain irrigation ditches.
6. Harvest fruits by hand, ensuring careful handling to avoid bruising, with a minimum productivity standard of 116 bu boxes of apples per day.

Workers must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and have at least six months of verifiable experience in relevant tasks. Basic English understanding is required for safety and communication. Cellphone use should be limited to emergencies during work hours.
