What You'll Be DoingOperate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production needs.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive worksite.
Load and transport materials while following site regulations and best practices.
Identify and report any operational or mechanical issues promptly.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different equipment and operational needs.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
$23.00 to $28.00 per hour
