NRI 3PL is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, replenishment, and cross-team collaboration at our Henderson, NV site. You’ll work with typical warehouse equipment and contribute to accurate inventory and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and flexibility in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have forklift experience, be 18+, and able to lift 50 lbs while adhering to all SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, and tolerate dust, noise, heat or cold.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English.

Responsabilités

• Operate motorized warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Investigate missing items and report inventory discrepancies.
• Verify variances for quality control (QC).
• Investigate lost products during cycle counts.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Weekends: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) @ $21.50/hr

Monday - Friday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am @ $20.50/hr

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm @ $19.50/hr

Starting Pay:

$19.50 + Shift Differential

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• MIA - investigating items that are missing and reporting on inventory discrepancies.
• QC - verifying variances for quality control
• Lost Found Investigator - Cycle counting and investigating lost product as a result of the cycle count process.
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
