The ideal candidate will have experience operating equipment such as excavators, skid steers, rollers while supporting field operations through labor tasks as needed. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, equipment care, and teamwork in demanding outdoor work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment in support of construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
• Perform equipment inspections and basic field maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Support excavation, grading, material handling, road maintenance, and utility installation activities
