Your Opportunity

We are looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team!

Your Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards.
  2. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal output.
  3. Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
  4. Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
  5. Inspect plates for correct format.
  6. Visually monitor forms throughout the run for quality.
  7. Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, reorganizing as needed to meet deadlines.
  8. Maintain knowledge of safety requirements related to the job and equipment.
Your Shift

2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday – Friday

You Must Have
  • Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • High mechanical ability.
  • Good reading skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Effective communication skills to exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to remain stationary and operate machinery regularly.
  • Ability to move within the facility and lift up to 25+ pounds as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work with close tolerances.
  • Strong analytical skills and good color discernment.
  • Effective team communication.
