Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction industry, is looking to hire Equipment Operators for our Henderson, NV location. An Equipment Operator at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexities and perform site work.

Responsibilities

1. Interpret stakes and signage on land for excavations
2. Operate equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently
3. Operate company vehicle daily to deliver products, tools, and equipment
4. Work in the field with crews to complete work

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL Driver's license is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience operating equipment
• Meet all DOT requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates
• Willingness to work and follow directions
• Thorough knowledge of utility construction and installation
• Bilingual skills and prior construction experience are a plus

Team Fishel provides on-the-job safety training, including flagging certification, tool operation, and maintenance.
