ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions, is recruiting an Equipment Operator for our Mountville, PA warehouse. This role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts and offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

The Cold Warehouse environment requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to operate multiple types of material-handling equipment. Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Previous forklift or equipment operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including refrigerated or cold-storage conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately
• Move products throughout the warehouse while following inventory procedures
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
