Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in a cold warehouse setting in Mountville, PA. The role involves operating forklifts and related equipment to move, count, and stack products, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will load/unload shipments, assist with inventory counts, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, and reliable attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Location: Mountville, PA

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift (Temo to hire)

COLD WAREHOUSE

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for operating material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

• Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately

• Move products throughout the warehouse while following inventory procedures

• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or equipment operation experience preferred

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including refrigerated or cold-storage conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
