ManpowerGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator for 2nd and 3rd shifts in a cold warehouse setting in Mountville, PA. The role involves operating forklifts and related equipment to move, count, and stack products, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will load/unload shipments, assist with inventory counts, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, and reliable attendance is expected.

Competenze

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Ability to work in refrigerated or cold-storage environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Move products throughout the warehouse while following inventory procedures.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
