Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st Shift . The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up machines and make adjustments to ensure proper operation and product quality.
• Monitor production processes and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance personnel.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Physical Requirements
