Job description

• The equipment operators need to handle:

• Sit down forklift
• Electric pallet jack (EPJ) rider style
• Stand up cherry picker
• Optional higher level turret truck or swing reach

• Operators who can drive a cherry picker should be able to operate the other equipment as well.

• The goal is to hire utility operators who can operate multiple types of equipment, not just one like EPJ or sit down forklift.

• All equipment will be Crown brand, not Raymond.

• Certifications are required; operators must be certified on the equipment.

• Onboarding, orientation, and safety training will be provided on site, but operators should already know how to operate the equipment.

• Job descriptions should reflect versatility, not just single equipment experience.

• Compensation is expected to be $18.50 per hour, with potential increases if needed. The focus is on sourcing local candidates to minimize commute issues.

• The plan is to initially source candidates in the mid to low price range, assess quality, and adjust if needed.
