Job summary

CMC offers a robust career path in the steel construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries. As a production/operations team member, you will maintain a clean work area, operate equipment, and contribute to a strong safety culture.

We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in recycling or manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recycling and/or manufacturing preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
  • Operates production equipment in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
  • Participates in CMC Safety Programs and upholds CMC Safety Culture.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Do
  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations
  • Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
  • Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
What You'll Need
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in either recycling and/or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Previous experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment
  • Prior knowledge of metal identification is a plus
Your Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
