Job summary

CMC is seeking a proactive team member to support our manufacturing and recycling operations in a dynamic work environment in Florida. The role involves operating production equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and adhering to safety programs while collaborating with teammates.

Minimum 1 year of experience in recycling or manufacturing helps, with forklift or loader experience a plus. Education required includes a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recycling or manufacturing.
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, loader or similar equipment.
• Metal identification knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
• Operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and upholds the CMC Safety Culture.
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
