A Day in the Life

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from clients involved in active lifestyles.

Schedule

Monday – Friday (5:00 am to 1:30 pm)

Starting Pay

$19.50/hr base wage

Qualifications

• Ability to learn warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy with good moral character (pre-employment background & drug tests)

Must Haves

• Good standing (attendance, performance, no PIPs in last 3 months)
• Approval from current Supervisor/Manager before applying
• 3+ months forklift experience on order/cherry picker
• Clean driving record
• Must be 18 or older
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, tolerate environmental conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks)
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, cycle counting, and general warehouse duties
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and SOPs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
