• 3+ years of experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.
• Basic PC literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Job description

Pay:

• $20-25/hr depending on your cementing/oilfield experience, plus bonuses and tremendous 1.5x OT pay.
• With OT and bonus opportunities, knock on $100K/year+ (just starting out) and receive about 1/3 of the year off with your family.
• Equipment Operators can easily work 100+ hours per week; the clock runs 24/7 while on location.

Description/Comment:

CANDIDATE PAY RATE/RANGE: ***/hr - *** DOE

The Equipment Operator performs various jobs with assigned equipment and personnel, safely and efficiently. The Operator ensures service delivery with flawless quality and no Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) incidents, in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures. The position reports to the Supervisor. Successful Equipment Operators are adaptable, proactive, and possess good written and verbal communication skills. They work well in teams and are curious and eager to learn new skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in pre-tour and toolbox meetings with all rig crew members.
2. Always comply with QHSE requirements and wear required PPE at all times.
3. Complete formal training sessions on QHSE and technical topics as outlined by the Training Matrix for the position.
4. Obtain necessary certifications for assigned duties.
5. Maintain all equipment in good, safe working order and report any issues or deviations.
6. Work safely to ensure personal and team safety.
7. Perform duties as part of emergency crews as required.
8. Perform manual labor around the rig.
9. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
10. Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
11. Prepare for rig-up and rig-down of equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience.
• Basic PC literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Class A CDL.
• Must be legally able to work and reside in the US without sponsorship.
