Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC, a Waste Connections company, seeks a dependable Equipment Operator for our Bourg, Louisiana facility to safely move, spread, and compact waste materials. You will perform daily equipment inspections, maintain landfill cover, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

This role requires working 14/7 rotating day and night shifts outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.
• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus.
