R360 Environmental Solutions is seeking a dependable SWD Operator for our Bourg, Louisiana facility. The role involves operating and maintaining SWD equipment, offloading produced water, logging readings, and adhering to strict safety standards.

The position offers $18-$21 per hour with overtime, 14/7 rotating day and night shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a leading waste management company. Housing may be limited.

Qualifications

• Prior SWD (Salt Water Disposal) operator experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work 14/7 rotating shifts (day and night).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks).
• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance.
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
• Follow all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers.
