Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Equipment Operations Analyst to coordinate equipment contract scheduling, revenue forecasting, billing, and vendor purchases under guidance from the Project Owner and Equipment Sales Agents.

You will partner with the Equipment Operations Team Managers to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial commitments are met, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and internal controls. Strong MS Office proficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years in operations/scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment contract scheduling, forecasting, billings, collections, and vendor Purchases under guidance.
• Partner with Equipment Operations Team Managers to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial commitments.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and legal requirements and maintain ethical standards.
