Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Writer; Windows basics.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, selections and limited estimating help to Account Execs during project design or proposal phase.
• Assist in developing the customer business case for conceptual solutions.
• Estimate projects, validate assumptions, and prepare proposals and submittals.
• Prepare customer proposals and quotes, including takeoffs and RFQ/RFI issuance.
• Coordinate with branch administration to manage backlog and forecast execution.
• Interpret drawings to develop engineered equipment submittals in line with contracts.
• Ensure project documentation complies with contract requirements and Johnson Controls standards.
• Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors; attend progress meetings.
